- [ ] Identity impact is explicit (what changes in Yexian identity behavior, if any)
- [ ] Protocol scope impact is explicit (public/private/tech/system boundaries)
- [ ] Prompt contract impact is explicit (System -> Identity -> Protocol -> Runtime -> Tools)
- [ ] Memory continuity impact is explicit (timeline, speaker labels, cross-client continuity)
- [ ] Validation plan is included (tests, logs, LangSmith snapshots, rollout check)Required issue fields:
